Magnolia, over at Magnolia, has named me as one of her 'Thank You For Blogging Award' recipients. I feel quite honored... quite flattered...
For the most part, I'm not sure I have that much to say. When I read your blogs, I often feel quite inadequate, what with my ramblings and such... and I do ramble... whether it's about my 'soft,' sensitive side, or my Black Shoes/Tyler Durden side...
Anyway, I digress...
Here are the rules...
1. Each recipient who receives a TYFBA must give away at least four (4) TYFBAs
2. Each recipient must describe, in at least three words why they are giving that person the award.
So... Here are my four and why...
Nancy @ f8hasit... I'm not sure why, but I enjoy reading her blog. Unlike my writing, her's seems to be very well thought out... mine rambles.
Kurt @ Some Things I Have Learned... Kurt is a "nice guy"... I know that can be construed as 'the kiss of death,' but he is... I have the utmost respect for this man.
Senorita @ Senorita... I just LOVE reading what she comes up with... Plus she travels, she dances... she doesn't seem to know it, but she is living the Hell out of her Life and I am SO jealous of her!!!
Robelyn @ Red.Neck.Chic... She has this great little business blog that she runs, yet is SO funny in her delivery of her humor. She is a genuinely nice person...

ReplyDeleteHey Shoes...You haven't forgotten lil ole me have you? Robin has given me an award I think but I have 7 things to do...not sure tonight at this point what it is. Not sure if I have to choose 7 people to award or seven reasons..I have't been sleeping much and I have been in pain. I've also been online shopping. I thought if I have to stay in bed flat on my back I can at least do some Amazon shopping. I'm sorry (I do apologize)it has taken me so long to get back with you. I had a big crowd on Thanksgiving Day and houseguest until the following Saturday evening.I just can't seem to get it all together. My back went out as soon as my guest left :) Lucky girl here. I've missed hearing from you and Robin especailly. Congradulations on your award...I love reading your blog and you have been a good blogging friend to me. You seem to know my heart somehow. Maybe you read when I write...who knows. Anyway thanks for checking on me. It was different without her, but we made it through and we found love from her in each of us.
