1.When was the last time you played air guitar? Come on, I'm not asking you to admit you still listen to Def Leppard.
Hmmm... just a short while ago... right after I got out of class... the radio station I was streaming on my computer had a Tom Petty song going...
I LOVE this song... and am always working on it... fine tuning chord changes and inversions... what a fun song to play!!! Real guitar OR air guitar!!!
2. What's the oldest thing in your fridge?
The head of Francisco Montoya? Hell... I dunno, but I suspect its some beer that I bought several years ago on a whim... and I'm not much of a beer drinker...
3. Vampires, zombies or please make it stop?
I have to admit that I have not seen ANY of the current Vampire/Werewolf flicks... the Twilight series...
This movie seems to strike my fancy for some reason... hmmm... I wonder if this movie is about 'lesbian vampires' that kill... or is it about a group of people that go around killing 'lesbian vampires'... or a group of lesbians that go around killing 'vampires'... kind of an alternate life style community service kind of thing... I dunno... but if I watch it, I promise I will give a detailed report... m'k??
4. If you had to change your current profession, and could be anything, what would you do?
Well... my first response was going to be something along the lines of being a gynecologist...
... but after having sat next to a table of... well... never mind...
I think maybe I would like to have done something more in a spiritual realm... not exactly being a minister or something like that, but doing some good for someone... I think that's one reason I enjoy being a prof so much... is that I do have an opportunity to do some good...
5. Undergarment of choice
On me? Or her?? From time to time, more often than not... I tend to go commando...
NO, Dammit!! Not THAT kind of commando?? Grrrr....
I did have a young lady over one weekend that disappeared into the bathroom... and came out later sporting something like this... only in White... Should have been Christmas... I had such a great time opening her...
6. What is the tackiest thing you own?
Oh, God... I own some tacky crap!!! It's probably a leisure suit I bought to wear to a Hallowe'n costume party a few years ago... not sure why I haven't tossed that thing!!
7. Summer with no air conditioning or winter with no heat?
I'll take the winter with no heat, especially if I can have the right woman... we can generate our own body heat...
8. Desert island time: Wow, there is a band that will play whenever your snap your fingers, and OMG, it's your favorite!!!! Who is it?
Lately, anything with Tom Petty in it...
This would most definitely do...
Thanks, Mad Woman...

You rock. Thanks for playing!
ReplyDeleteCorollary to question 5, regarding Christmas gifts:
ReplyDeleteDo you carefully remove every small strip of tape and meticulously peel back the wrapping intact for use at a later time?
Or do you just tear off the wrapping in a confetti-strewing kinetic frenzy of holiday cheer?
(Hey! What? It's a legit inquiry lending detail to his initial answer. Yes. Ok. My bad...)
love that t-shirt! too funny!
ReplyDelete@ Amy... it was MY pleasure... thanks for tagging me... :o) I hope all is well out in your neck of the woods...
ReplyDeleteLinnnn... hmmmm... well... it depends, dear... have you ever received such a gift... that you wanted to unwrap it slowly... and deliberately... and enjoy each and every moment of opening that present... almost a form of delayed gratification???
And then there are other gifts, where you just can't wait... and you just rip into it??? Yeah, like you said... almost a kinetic frenzy...
It just depends... sometimes slow and deliberate... other times, just like a mad man...
Why do you ask, dear? ;o)
*readjusts halo*
Did that answer your questions??
@ Darn Girl... I thought it was a funny t-shirt too!!! :oD

I would like to know if you own a typical professor's suit. You know, one of those suits that were in style in the 1970s....., but is still hanging in his office along with his old books collecting dust leaning up against a vomit green painted wall ?
ReplyDeleteI love these answers.
ReplyDeleteLove this!
ReplyDelete@ Senorita... I'm not sure what is meant by a typical professor's suit... I must admit that I do have a woolen sports coat with the leather 'elbow' patches on them... I fought off getting one, but the jacket is so comfortable... so nice to wear... I do wear suits from time to time, but, I also do go to class rather casual sometimes... it really seems to depend on the mood I'm in on that day... and what other meetings may be scheduled...
ReplyDelete@ Tee and Jessica... thank you!! :o)
