I have to admit... I'm a big Clint Eastwood fan...
I also like John Wayne...
but, this is about Clint.
Have you ever wondered about how many people his characters have killed or shot up?
... but I gots ta know...
... we just aren't going to let you walk out of here...
"... whistlin' Dixie..."
... a shave and a hot bath...
'...he should have armed himself...'
I wonder if he's ever tired after all of that shootin'?
It just doesn't seem to pay to anger Clint and then get in his way...

Clint's long been one of my favorites! Though I'm not a fan of The Bridges of Madison County, it's my belief that he's never given a bad performance. And that includes his two-minute glorified-extra role on Universal's 1955 film Revenge of the Creature.
I didn't realize he was in that movie (Revenge of the Creature).
DeleteI think the only shooting he did in 'Bridges of Madison County' was with a camera.
I liked his role in 'Rawhide'...

Just watched the Outlaw Josie Wales the other night; my favorite movie of all time. "Ever heard of a Missourah boat ride."
ReplyDeleteMy man does a GREAT Clint Eastwood impression. Every other Friday, he comes home with a paycheck. He hands it to me and growls, "Go ahead. Take my pay."
ReplyDeleteWhat I would like to write about criminals should not be posted on ur blog. In fact, I am containing myself especially since I have a dumbass sitting right in front of me right now that thought it would be nice to terrorize a family in their home. So needless to say, I'm a little riled up at the moment cuz of this pussy. And yes that's what he is a PUSSY.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I will say that I would like to see more of what Clint Eastwood does in the first two videos in real life. Maybe we wouldn't have so many criminals talking about their rights never mind the rights of the victims.
Straight-forward no messing around getting down to business is the type of people I like to deal with.
Forgive my language. After awhile u become a different type person when u work around criminals.

I read this yesterday and was going to comment but I had to actually do some work first (Such a cheek!) I can't remember what I was going to say now, but I do know it was nothing to do with Mr Eastwood. Darn it!
ReplyDeleteClint Eastwood is one of those amazing actors who only gets better as time goes by. Some actors have a bubble that they live in. They are good for a decade or so and that is it. Not Clint. I think I like his later stuff even better than his earlier stuff. For instance, Gran Torino might be one of my favorite movies of all-time.
ReplyDeletelove him in Dirty Harry!
