*Sighs*


I remember when I actually looked forward to birthdays...



...at what point does an adult look goofy wearing a birthday party hat while staring at a burning inferno?

 We look at the smoke burning away and see the past decades... months... all burning away with it.


... all in all, I'd love to see this cake in action. Look at ALL of those candles.  Oddly enough, the number of candles seem about right.


I wonder if they ever have birthday cakes for 'Burning Man?'

I guess there's really no way of telling...

      Hi there, Steven... yep, that's exactly what it means. I had to get a permit from the Fire Department in order to light the appropriate number of candles...

    I do not know but for some reason I have always wanted to be in that older timeframe of my life 60 to 75 years of age even in my teens. Maybe I thought I would be wise by then. I used to live pics of Angela Lansbury and anyone who played Miss Jane Marple. I keep birthdays simple when celebrating. Me and the birthday person supper and simple cupcake or small cake with one very colorful birthday candle. Finally, I am getting my wish. I am finally getting laugh lines around my eyes. My family ages well. Too bad for me I suppose. I look to be in 30's even though I am nearing 50.

      I don't think I said 'too old to wear a cap,'... I think I mentioned looking goofy wearing one... HAR!!
