"Post Valentine's Day..."

I'm better today, thank you...

The whole thing about yesterday's post had to do with the fact that my Dad had a stroke on Valentine's Day seventeen years ago... which resulted in his death eight days later.

That event set SO many things into action that still affect me to day...  I guess yesterday's post was just  my acknowledgement of that...

... and so it goes.

Now...

Here's what you would normally expect from me...

Enjoy...

Post Happy Valentine's Day...

  2. Those were all funny. Most bizarre was the first. Funniest was the second. Most unlikely to be a condom commercial was the last. And most likely to be a condom commercial was the third. So there. And I agree with Kalei's comment...

  3. I am so sorry about your Dad Red... I guess it always stays with you... I remember how my mom always cried on mother's day, year after year and only some 30 years later she was able to smile.

    1. Hi, Ana... it does stay with us, doesn't it?

It takes a while... it just does.

I read where you are going on your vacation. I hope you all have a good time.

  4. Shoes: I, too, am sorry about your dad. I have never gotten over losing mine.

As for your regular entries, what I think is the most humorous is that YOU FIND THESE THINGS!

    1. Hi there, JJ... I do find some silly stuff from time to time. What amazes me is that there are things that I will hear, read, or otherwise have run through my head that leads to this kind of stuff...

I trust all is well with you.

  5. Shoes...nothing wrong with posting a tribute to your dad, or an acknowledgement of your pain. Glad you are feeling better today, though.

  7. Very touching that you posted something about your dad. Not easy to share things like that with others.

Now on the other hand, LMBO at the first commercial!!!

    1. Hi, Liz...

In December of the first year I blogged, I wrote of all kinds of things that have gone wrong in my Life... I find writing about it to be very therapeutic...

      Now, those commercials? ;oD

  8. I know how all to well how you feel. I lost my mom so close to Christmas so for me it's just a bittersweet time. But it does get a little easier with time, just know you're in my thoughts.

Now as for those videos-- OMG I don't even know where to begin! Too funny!!!
